DRLC is located on the campus of Loyola Law School in Downtown Los Angeles and works with Loyola Law students in all of their programs.

The Mission of the Disability Rights Legal Center (DRLC) is to promote the rights of people with disabilities and the public interest in and awareness of those rights by providing legal and related services. Greater Los Angeles Agency on Deafness, Inc. GLAD’s specific and primary purpose is to act as a coordinating agency that addresses the broad social service needs of deaf and hard of hearing people through direct service provision, advocacy, research and dissemination of information regarding deafness to parents, professionals and consumers. The organization works to promote the social, recreational, cultural, educational and vocational well-being of its deaf and hard of hearing constituents. (GLAD) is to ensure equal access for the deaf and hard of hearing community so they have the same opportunities as their hearing counterparts.
